Job Summary

Own the operational health of the NET-A-PORTER site and app, ensuring stable, high-performing customer experiences through effective production support and governance. Lead end-to-end incident, problem, and defect management, coordinating cross-functional teams to reduce customer impact and drive root-cause improvements. Partner with Trading, Product, Technology, Analytics, and other teams to translate needs into requirements, govern change requests, oversee testing and releases, and measure feature success.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the operational health of the website and app, ensuring stable, high-performing customer experiences through production support and governance.
•Lead end-to-end incident, problem, and defect management, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive root-cause improvements.
•Partner with Trading, User Journey, Customer, Analytics, Product, and Technology to translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements.
•Govern change requests by balancing commercial priorities, innovation, customer improvements, and operational resilience with clear stakeholder communication.
•Oversee testing, release planning, deployment, and success measurement of new features, while leading and developing the Site Operations team and owning key operational KPIs.
