Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand project delivery requirements aligned to ISO19650.
  • •Define digital/data requirements to ensure client alignment when proposing 3D/connected data solutions and platforms.
  • •Support clients with current and future BIM and digital needs, including data quality improvement and migration plans.
  • •Deliver BIM Execution Plans (BEP) based on EIR, TIDP and MIDP and apply BIM principles across 1D–6D for delivery needs.
  • •Produce BIM-compliant models from point cloud data, manage information exchange deliverables (e.g., IFC/DEXPI/NWD/RVT) and common data environments, and support training and additional 2D/3D drafting as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, or extensive proven experience in BIM coordination.
  • •Previous experience performing BIM coordination as a key part of the role.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
  • •Self-motivated with excellent self-time management, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, written and verbal.
