Job Summary

Coordinate BIM delivery for Life Science projects, supporting digital process implementation across the project lifecycle. Define requirements aligned to client needs for digital/data and connected data solutions, develop and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEP) based on EIR/TIDP/MIDP, and manage data improvement and migration. Produce BIM-compliant models from point cloud data, oversee information exchange protocols and common data environments, and support training and 2D/3D drafting as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand project delivery requirements aligned to ISO19650.
•Define digital/data requirements to ensure client alignment when proposing 3D/connected data solutions and platforms.
•Support clients with current and future BIM and digital needs, including data quality improvement and migration plans.
•Deliver BIM Execution Plans (BEP) based on EIR, TIDP and MIDP and apply BIM principles across 1D–6D for delivery needs.
•Produce BIM-compliant models from point cloud data, manage information exchange deliverables (e.g., IFC/DEXPI/NWD/RVT) and common data environments, and support training and additional 2D/3D drafting as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, or extensive proven experience in BIM coordination.
•Previous experience performing BIM coordination as a key part of the role.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
•Self-motivated with excellent self-time management, able to work with minimum supervision.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, written and verbal.
