Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and provide a positive customer experience.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs and sustained activity (8+ hours).
  • •Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and possess a valid driver’s license (and be able to meet state-specific licensing/notary requirements).
