Tech Lead Manager - Lakebase

Lead a small team of 5–6 engineers building Lakebase, a managed Postgres transactional layer for application state and workloads. Spend most of your time hands-on driving architecture and design, writing code on the hardest distributed systems problems, and improving reliability through observability and SLI/SLO measurement. Partner across the Lakebase stack and with product and engineering leadership to shape a long-term roadmap while growing your team through feedback and career development.
