NQ Solicitor - Property and Policy Coverage

Handle a caseload of household and commercial property recovery matters for Keoghs’ insurer clients. You’ll conduct initial case reviews, manage disclosure and evidence, carry out investigations and legal research, and draft key legal documents. The role is technical and client-facing, including liaison with lay and insurer stakeholders, assisting with ADR/mediation, and conducting advocacy by phone and in person, with responsibility for SRA Standards & Regulations compliance.
