Receive and secure vehicles, prepare title packets, and complete lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads for carmax.com listings. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, keeping display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute the photo station process for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for support activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.71 - 21.93 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•High school diploma (or equivalent work experience preferred).
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
•Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor and outdoor environments.
