Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity, sales, and profitability through clienteling, omni-channel selling, and exceptional service on the sales floor. Lead and coach associates through recruiting, onboarding, goal-setting, and KPI performance. Own store sales planning and forecasts, uphold brand and visual standards, and ensure operational excellence including schedules, payroll budgets, cash handling, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
