Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain quality control system hardware and software, including sensors, frame/sensor package troubleshooting, and computer/HMI/control software troubleshooting.
  • •Resolve customer service-related technical issues on-site while communicating effectively with plant operators, plant management, vendors, and Honeywell personnel.
  • •Document preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work accurately for periodic and intermittent service tasks.
  • •Support upgrades, new installations, and new functionality for customers by coordinating with other groups to meet commitments.
  • •Apply safety and environmental practices, lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities at customer sites, report unsafe practices/incidents, and identify new service business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of electrical/electronics, instrumentation, or process control-related experience (or relevant military experience).
  • •2+ years using electrical test equipment such as voltmeters or multi-meters.
  • •2+ years of mechanical/electrical aptitude with basic electrical theory and electrical safety experience.
  • •2+ years reading electrical drawings and troubleshooting electrical systems; diagnose malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance using test equipment.
  • •Comfortable using basic hand tools, and able to work with electrical/mechanical quality control systems on-site.
