•Support the Store Manager in dealing with customer complaints when needed and follow the client journey to elevate the client experience.
•Follow company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
•Support and coach Client Advisors in clientelling, service skills and building relationships with top clients.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets in a retail environment
•Experience in clientelling and building long-term client relationships
•Strong knowledge of product, fashion and styling with ability to provide luxury service
•Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable
•Team-oriented with ability to coach and support colleagues and maintain high store standards
