Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack - Gen AI

Lead full-stack engineering and architecture for Scale’s Generative AI Data Engine, partnering across Contributor (CB) teams to deliver mission-critical initiatives. You’ll deploy into fast-moving product work, drive a platform infrastructure overhaul, and make key decisions for scalability, reliability, and performance. Work end-to-end across backend, frontend, and ML systems while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
