Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic testing; identify worn or damaged parts.
•Perform preventive maintenance, including component upgrades, corrosion control, and seasonal procedures.
•Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling/disassembling, and replacing major assemblies and components (powertrain, electrical systems, A/C, fuel, emissions, brakes, steering, hydraulics, etc.).
•Complete machine shop operations and make necessary adjustments such as alignments, bearing load checks, gear tooth contact adjustments, valve mechanism adjustments, and control linkage corrections.
•Conduct test drives to verify repairs and adjust systems for optimal performance.

Key Requirements

•Must have own tools.
•CDL required or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
•Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
