Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist AV project managers with AV-related projects or installations.
  • •Troubleshoot multimedia infrastructures as primary support.
  • •Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy Cisco codecs; configure TMS templates and Control Hub.
  • •Support digital signage and room booking panels.
  • •Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support and proactively upgrade/enhance multimedia capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Cisco AV technologies and other AV technologies.
  • •Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Endpoints.
  • •Extensive IP knowledge and ability to troubleshoot multimedia infrastructures.
  • •Comfort supporting global and high-profile events.
  • •Industry-standard AV certifications (Avixa, Polycom Sound Structure, QSYS, Shure, Crestron, Extron, TMS, Control Hub, Appspace).
