Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and lead complex engineering talent programs across leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility, and succession.
  • •Partner with PBPs and senior leaders to translate ambiguous problems into program goals, design principles, and success measures.
  • •Assess how AI is reshaping engineering roles, skills, and ways of working, and translate that into practical talent and org design choices.
  • •Operate as a build-and-run owner from concept through adoption, ensuring programs scale and embed into core people processes.
  • •Evaluate program impact using qualitative and quantitative data and refine approach based on business needs.
