Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain complete records of materials test results, inspections, and executed works for project closeout and handover.
  • •Conduct audit inspections to verify conformity with contract documents, approved shop drawings, method statements, and contractor quality plans.
  • •Inspect and verify construction materials delivered to site for compliance with RTA specifications, approved material submittals, and contract requirements.
  • •Perform sampling and witnessing of laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel, and other civil materials per approved ITPs.
  • •Identify non-conforming materials, raise NCRs and site observations, and follow up on corrective actions while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.

Key Requirements
