Key Responsibilities

•Undertake compliance monitoring and reviews across key areas including conduct, inside information, and desk-based assessments.
•Support and lead internal investigations into potential misconduct, maintaining objectivity and confidentiality.
•Partner with senior compliance leadership across EMEA and Asia to support registrations, certifications, and training activities.
•Manage processes relating to Outside Business Activities (OBAs), personal account dealing, and employee trading.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
