Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and update detailed MEP cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • •Lead the full MEP procurement process, from prequalification to contract award
  • •Administer contracts in accordance with established contract frameworks (FIDIC or equivalent) and manage variations
  • •Monitor MEP cost performance, including budget tracking and forecast outturn costs
  • •Work closely with consultants, contractors, engineers, and client representatives to ensure coordination across design, procurement and construction phases

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • •Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP cost management
  • •Proven experience in high-tech / semiconductor / data centre / advanced manufacturing projects
  • •Background with international consultancies or major contractors preferred
  • •Proficient in Excel and cost management tools; familiar with FIDIC or similar forms of contract
