Key Responsibilities

  • •Support deployment of Industry 4.0 initiatives for data connectivity, visualization, and process monitoring, including digital tools for operational KPIs and production tracking.
  • •Serve as the plant OT champion for asset connectivity to the Ignition platform, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation (network diagrams, tag standards, guides).
  • •Interface with SCADA and PLC systems to support machine connectivity, data mapping, programming, and basic troubleshooting, coordinating changes with change management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • •Lead or support migration of legacy tools (e.g., Microsoft Access visual boards) to cloud-based architectures using Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including data modeling and pipelines where appropriate.
  • •Structure and automate manufacturing data collection/reporting and build dashboards for daily management, tiered meetings, and CI reviews while managing small-to-medium digital projects through deployment and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, digital manufacturing, or IT-enabled operational environments.
  • •Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing solutions using the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint).
  • •Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript).
