Key Responsibilities

  • •Use a variety of machining processes, analyze setups and methods, and perform calculations and programming as needed.
  • •Calculate and program changes for machining and compensate for dimensional variations in tools, gauges, parts, or machine conditions from computer software.
  • •Adjust and operate equipment such as sanders/polishers and wax basins or de-waxers.
  • •Perform in the quick-maintenance epoxy and minor detail installation area.
  • •Interpret part drawings and dimensions to guide machining operations.

Key Requirements

  • •DEP in technique d’usinage or technique de génie mécanique or technique de génie aérospatial (equivalent technical certification)
  • •Ideally 1-2 years of machining experience
  • •Ability to work effectively in a Francophone environment with basic English for some technical instructions
  • •Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • •Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills
