Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general maintenance services for a designated area/property portfolio.
  • •Report faults using the AORA IT system to ensure faults are reported and closed.
  • •Ensure properties are compliant and fit for purpose after completing tasks.
  • •Complete works in line with risk assessments, method statements, and required property reports (e.g., asbestos, structural).
  • •Manage materials/PPE purchases from approved suppliers, dispose of waste appropriately, and carry out garden maintenance when required.
