Key Responsibilities

•Lead revenue optimization and revenue assurance initiatives across Mastercard Services.
•Develop scalable frameworks to proactively identify, investigate, and mitigate revenue leakage; establish governance mechanisms and operational controls to improve revenue integrity and realization.
•Monitor revenue performance, identify risks, trends, and opportunities; lead investigations into complex revenue, billing, and process-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.
•Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives focused on revenue realization, operational efficiency, and process modernization; partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable technology solutions.
•Build relationships with senior leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Services; influence decision-making and communicate progress and impact to executive leadership; lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics or related field and 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, revenue operations, revenue assurance, finance transformation, payments, fintech, or related disciplines
•Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation programs; able to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
•Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities; able to diagnose complex business issues and translate insights into executable solutions
•Experience managing teams and developing talent; demonstrated ability to lead and develop people
•Preferred experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical tools and within payments/fintech or financial services
