Senior Reward Consultant

Drive the annual compensation cycle end-to-end, including salary review and incentive/bonus processes, while supporting reward and benefits activities during a critical fixed-term period. Provide expert reward advice to HR on pay, incentives, job evaluation, and reward policies. Lead reward modelling and analysis to inform governance and decision-making, and help develop colleague benefits proposition with providers and communications.
