Key Responsibilities

  • •Research next-generation display technology to support technical roadmap planning across circuit, optical structure, processes, materials, equipment, and cost structure.
  • •Partner with the CTO office to position and drive technology readiness across new technologies.
  • •Collaborate with panel qualification engineers and partners to overcome critical product development issues.
  • •Work with WWP to run a display clean-sheet exercise for new technologies.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through metrics and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Science and above in an engineering field (EE, Chemical, Material).
  • •10+ years hands-on experience in TFT circuit design and optical structure design.
  • •Experience in process design, material evaluation, and equipment specification/definition.
  • •Experience in OLED and LCD development; preferred OLED experience over LCD.
  • •Ability to work in OLED-related fields.
