Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful execution of engineering projects and engineering program management through operational excellence.
  • •Lead enterprise-scale AI transformation programs with ownership of scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, benefits, and executive reporting.
  • •Translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases and scale tool adoption with measurable productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, and satisfaction outcomes.
  • •Drive change management through role-based training, communications, communities of practice, adoption toolkits, and AI culture building.
  • •Align stakeholders across engineering, HR, IT, cybersecurity, legal, data privacy, finance, and senior leaders to support responsible AI readiness, data governance, security, compliance, and sustainment.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • •Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering.
  • •PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • •MBA or a management diploma/certificate/degree is an added advantage.
  • •Experience aligning governance, data governance, security, compliance, and sustainment for AI readiness.
