Job Summary

Manage delivery of contract deliverables, management plans, and program outcomes within the Program Management & Integration (PM&I) Integrated Project Team. Coordinate GFM management and B2B activities transferring key documentation from the UK to Australia. Maintain and continuously improve the Program Cost Estimate, Program Staff Skills Profile, and Program Management Plan, while leading workshops, communications, and performance reporting to support leadership decisions in a complex, multi-organisational environment.

•Project manage delivery of contract deliverables, management plans, and program outcomes with clearly defined scope, requirements, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
•Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to drive clear actions, decisions, and outcomes.
•Prepare high-quality communications, engagement material, and performance reporting tailored to different audiences and objectives.
•Analyse cost, workforce, and delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide written/visual insights for leadership decision-making.
•Develop business cases and contribute to process, system, and tool improvements to enhance program delivery and performance.
