Fleet Project Manager

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, multi-site nuclear projects in Emerson’s Nuclear Business Unit in Cernay. Own multi-site execution strategy, master scheduling, procurement/resource allocation, and risk management while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Track performance against safety, quality, cost, schedule, lead time, revenue, margin, and cash flow, provide planned vs. actual reporting, support bid/tender alignment, and drive profitability through optimization, claims, and close-out lessons learned.
