Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful execution of large-scale, multi-site nuclear projects (KOB1 – New Nuclear Installations) in a matrix organization.
  • •Define and implement a multi-site execution strategy, including master scheduling, procurement strategy, resource allocation, and risk & opportunity management.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project management, planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance.
  • •Monitor project execution and drive performance against safety, quality, cost, lead time, revenue, margin, and cash flow objectives; provide planned vs. actuals vs. forecast reporting.
  • •Act as Emerson’s representative with key clients and support bid/tender phases; drive profitability through internal optimization and external levers such as change orders and claims, including close-out reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of proven project management experience, preferably in the nuclear sector.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site projects in a matrix organization.
  • •Fluency in English (required).
