Serve as a single point of contact for HSBC Premier high-net-worth clients, cultivating and expanding Premier relationships while aligning to business targets. Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and expand HSBC Premier relationships to maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios.
•Achieve financial targets through client engagement and service delivery.
•Conduct regular client reviews, recommend suitable products and services, and cross-sell products.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, using client relationship management tools to keep information up to date.
•Ensure compliance with HSBC policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines, and manage operational risk while meeting sales quality requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•3 to 5 years of retail/premier banking segment experience as a Relationship Manager (GCB 6) or more than 5 years (GCB 5).
•Demonstrated success and experience in wealth products.
•Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, including strong client relationship management and wallet share growth.
•Maintain regulatory compliance through required wealth management licenses and accreditations as per local regulations.
