Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and expand HSBC Premier relationships to maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios.
  • •Achieve financial targets through client engagement and service delivery.
  • •Conduct regular client reviews, recommend suitable products and services, and cross-sell products.
  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, using client relationship management tools to keep information up to date.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSBC policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines, and manage operational risk while meeting sales quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • •3 to 5 years of retail/premier banking segment experience as a Relationship Manager (GCB 6) or more than 5 years (GCB 5).

  • •Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, including strong client relationship management and wallet share growth.
  • •Maintain regulatory compliance through required wealth management licenses and accreditations as per local regulations.
