Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical oversight for the full lifecycle of facility electrical infrastructure, including MV/LV distribution, substations, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and emergency backup power systems.
  • •Manage the operation and reliability of critical rotating equipment such as industrial motors, pumps, compressors, and generators.
  • •Act as the lead technical responder for complex electrical failures, power quality issues, and process interruptions to minimize downtime.
  • •Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement permanent corrective/preventive actions while developing predictive maintenance strategies.
  • •Serve as the site subject matter expert (SME) for electrical safety and enforce Arc Flash requirements and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols in compliance with NFPA 70E, NEC, and OSHA.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with extensive specialized technical certifications (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician license).
  • •10+ years of proven, high-level hands-on experience in industrial electrical facilities maintenance.
