Job Summary

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives covering a national territory across regional banks and credit unions, plus select financial services, fintech, and insurance accounts. Own territory strategy to expand installed base, drive retention and renewals, and achieve quarterly sales targets. Engage directly with COOs, CIOs, and compliance leaders, sponsor key deals, build value-based business cases, and partner with CSM and local ecosystems to accelerate customer success.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives covering a national territory of installed-base regional banks and credit unions.
•Analyze territory/market potential and develop sales strategies focused on installed-base expansion, retention, renewals, and targeted new business.
•Engage directly with customer executives on strategic opportunities, model value-based selling, and personally sponsor key expansion deals.
•Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the regional banking and credit union marketplace through value selling, including industry associations and events.
•Develop and maintain relationships across multiple buying centers, and partner with CSM to maximize customer value and expedite issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven success selling into regional banks, credit unions, or the broader regulated financial institution market with an established network in the FI community.
•First-line sales management experience, or demonstrated readiness for a first leadership role as a top-performing strategic Account Executive growing a regional banking and credit union territory.
•Deep fluency in how community and regional financial institutions operate, including regulatory/examiner pressure and board-level decision-making.
•Ability to sell using value and business cases versus feature/function, with consultative selling into operations and compliance buyers.
•Demonstrated success with installed-base expansion and renewals, and strong relationship-building across multiple departments and levels through the C-suite.
