Mechanical DFM Engineer

Hands-on manufacturing leader responsible for Design for Manufacturing (DFM), supplier execution, and design validation of complex mechanical components. Partners with suppliers to develop scalable processes across CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal, stamping, and sub-assemblies. Leads tooling, automation, inspection strategy, and DOE-driven process development to ensure supplier readiness, cost efficiency, and production ramp on schedule.
