Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements, demonstrating cost and schedule integration.
  • •Assist in planning and cost estimating, performing analyses and preparing reports to help programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
  • •Prepare internal weekly/monthly schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.
  • •Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other schedule-related deep-dive analyses.
  • •Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to keep current contract schedule baselines realistic.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, with at least 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience (or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years’ experience).
  • •Prior experience using scheduling tools to create and maintain industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Prior experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or a similar business process.
