Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap, managing multiple projects at once.
  • •Design and implement solutions to complex problems to ensure Canonical hires exceptional talent.
  • •Ensure talent selection initiatives map to high-performance outcomes and career frameworks.
  • •Coach and mentor team members to grow analytical capabilities and thought leadership, including creating training and documentation.
  • •Drive and represent the team in the absence of the Global Head, advising leadership on talent topics and agendas.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in psychology or a people-based subject, with an exceptional academic track record.
  • •Proven team leadership in a talent function (technology or consulting), with strong project management to execute roadmaps.
  • •Deep understanding of talent selection, with a technological mindset to build automation or products that improve hiring efficiencies.
  • •Advanced analytical ability to analyze talent data using SQL, Python and/or statistical analysis.
  • •Exceptional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills for senior audiences.
