Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee core corporate HR functions and empower a dedicated team of four to deliver full-lifecycle corporate HR services and executive support.
  • •Drive enterprise HRIS strategy (SuccessFactors), process standardization, and system integration to eliminate manual processes.
  • •Oversee total rewards strategy, pension governance via the Retirement Committee, and cost-effective benefits programs.
  • •Oversee employer brand launch and evolution to position the organization as the employer of choice among mid-tier mining companies.
  • •Establish global internal mobility frameworks and participate in a 10-year strategic workforce planning model; set HR KPIs and ensure Ontario employment legislation compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7+ years in a senior HR leadership role with direct accountability for corporate HR operations, total rewards, and team management.
  • •10 to 15 years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in mining, resource, or heavy industry.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
  • •Enterprise-wide HRIS implementations (preferably SuccessFactors) and global mobility framework experience.
  • •Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and compliance, with working knowledge of Payroll and SuccessFactors modules.
