Job Summary

Design and develop high-precision navigation and positioning solutions for autonomous defense systems, leveraging tightly-coupled IMU/GNSS filtering to improve localization accuracy, integrity, and robustness against jamming and spoofing. You’ll build resilient Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) capabilities using multi-sensor fusion (GNSS, INS/IMU, RF, vision), coordinate with Navigation, Radar, software, and Electronic Warfare teams, and lead testing, simulations, and system documentation from concept to field deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the architecture and implementation of navigation/PNT solutions for autonomous platforms.
•Develop navigation resilient to GNSS degradation, including jamming and spoofing (anti-jam/anti-spoof).
•Design multi-sensor fusion using GNSS, INS/IMU, RF, and vision, with estimation and filtering algorithms.
•Design test plans, run simulations and replays, and report findings versus performance targets.
•Collaborate across HW, software, EW, and ML teams on technical interfaces, system trade-offs, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Strong mathematical background with good physical intuition.
•Experience with GNSS, INS/IMU, and navigation/estimation filters (e.g., Kalman filtering), especially in tightly-coupled architectures.
•Experience navigating in GNSS-denied or contested environments.
•Familiarity with RF and Electronic Warfare constraints, including GNSS jamming/spoofing.
•MSc in Engineering (aerospace, robotics, EE or related); PhD is a plus.
