Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for LTGSI fleet vehicles, tools, and test equipment.
  • •Issue, receive, track, repair, calibrate, and return vehicles, tools, and test equipment according to policy.
  • •Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, inspections, licensing, vehicle assignments, pooled vehicle use, retirements, salvage, and new vehicle orders.
  • •Verify driver training and refresher requirements and train the Fleet counterpart for process continuity.
  • •Submit approved capital requests, quotes, and justifications through the capital system and SAP portal; track Public Sector SOC software maintenance renewals.
