Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site support for emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance for UPS, battery, and power distribution solutions.
  • •Ensure peak performance and reliability of Critical Power Solutions equipment in demanding customer environments.
  • •Apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques using electrical component schematic drawings.
  • •Follow company and customer safety rules and participate in annual safety audits and compliance programs.
  • •Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and take direction from on-site leads.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Two (2) years of power systems, battery technologies, and/or electronics experience, including relevant coursework and internship experience.
  • •A current, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; must undergo a motor vehicle record check upon hire.
  • •Pass customer entrance requirements as needed, including periodic background checks and drug screenings.
  • •Ability to travel daily to customer sites and perform physical tasks including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs.
