Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct IISCAs as part of the Practical Functional Assessment process.
  • •Design meaningful, contextually relevant treatment goals for clients and families.
  • •Deliver high-fidelity Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) with warmth, creativity, and care.
  • •Train and support families, teachers, and other stakeholders using compassionate, evidence-based methods.
  • •Document progress clearly and ethically in full HIPAA compliance, and advocate for clients across school, home, and community settings.

Key Requirements

  • •Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • •Strong knowledge of PFA/SBT principles.
  • •SBT credential or willingness to complete it (they will help you get there).
  • •Deep respect for the lived experiences of autistic individuals.
  • •Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
