Deliver high-fidelity ABA care using Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) for clients and their families. Design meaningful, contextually relevant treatment goals, train and support families and school stakeholders, and document progress with full HIPAA compliance. Work in a Monterey clinic with provided tools, collaborate with fellow analysts, and enjoy autonomy through a contracted, revenue-share model where you choose your caseload and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct IISCAs as part of the Practical Functional Assessment process.
•Design meaningful, contextually relevant treatment goals for clients and families.
•Deliver high-fidelity Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) with warmth, creativity, and care.
•Train and support families, teachers, and other stakeholders using compassionate, evidence-based methods.
•Document progress clearly and ethically in full HIPAA compliance, and advocate for clients across school, home, and community settings.

Key Requirements

•Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
•Strong knowledge of PFA/SBT principles.
•SBT credential or willingness to complete it (they will help you get there).
•Deep respect for the lived experiences of autistic individuals.
•Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
