Own Wise’s Romania market growth, overseeing the local team and operations while defining expansion and product-localisation strategies. Partner with product, finance, and treasury teams to deliver hyper-localised customer experiences and manage regulatory authorisation and compliance requirements. Lead the Romanian branch, govern relationships with regulators and strategic partners, represent Wise publicly, and drive partner-led growth and incident response using strong quantitative problem-solving.
