Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (R5370)

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software releases for the Hivemind Enterprise platform. Drive simulation-based test automation for autonomy software, oversee test operations from CI through HIL and flight test, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and customer teams to define scope and deliverables. Build detailed project plans, manage risks and mitigation, and continuously improve program management processes to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
