Job Summary

Support the in-house legal and contracting function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You’ll review and analyze commercial contracts, vendor papers, customer agreements, and standard terms, including SOWs, order forms, MSAs, and NDAs. Conduct legal research to assess risk and compliance requirements, provide redlines and recommended changes, help revise SaaS subscription and data privacy terms, and maintain contract templates and repositories.

Key Responsibilities

•Review legal documents, agreements, and commercial contracts, including vendor papers and customer agreements.
•Assist in reviewing SOWs, order forms, MSAs, NDAs, and related contract documents.
•Conduct legal research on contract terms, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
•Provide redlines and recommended changes for contract terms and help revise SaaS subscription, liability, data privacy, and termination clauses.
•Maintain and update legal documentation, templates, and the contract repository.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Law degree in the 4th/final year of a 5-year law program or 2nd/final year of a 3-year law program (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
•Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
