Key Responsibilities

  • •Jumpstart and foster local communities outside the US by developing relationships and initiatives with volunteer moderators.
  • •Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook for the French market by proposing programs and aligning internal teams.
  • •Build strategic plans to recruit, educate, and grow a local moderator community and implement a conversion funnel for onboarding.
  • •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, set KPIs, and use insights to influence local team direction and improve the playbook.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams to execute community initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting experience with a track record of community-led projects.
  • •Proficiency in French and English.
  • •Deep knowledge of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, and topics of interest.
  • •Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, set KPIs, and execute impactful community initiatives.
  • •Succinct and persuasive communicator able to collaborate across internal teams, local users, moderators, partners, and creators.
