  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
