Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and implementation of logistics solutions to improve operational efficiency and delivery experience for TikTok Shop sellers in the U.S.
  • •Analyze and optimize nationwide pickup, middle-mile transportation, and last-mile handoff processes.
  • •Participate in projects for transportation routing, shipment scheduling, logistics network planning, and exception management.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to support logistics product improvements and meet seller/business needs.
  • •Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, identify operational trends, and support practical solutions and continuous improvement of workflows.

Key Requirements
