Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, inventory, and stock control. Supervise and review receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities while maintaining KPI performance and compliance with standard processes. Keep storage areas clean and drive process improvements. Coach, train, and cross-train warehouse associates, provide daily updates, and help coordinate maintenance and equipment support—working in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily warehouse operations for accurate receiving, inventory, and stock control with maximum efficiency.
•Supervise and review receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities for the warehouse team.
•Maintain clean, tidy storage areas and identify opportunities to improve processes and work practices.
•Coach, motivate, train, and discipline the supervised crew; support employee development and cross-training.
•Ensure compliance with OH&S acts and standard processes, track KPI reporting, and provide daily updates on receiving status, issues, and projects.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
•1-3 years of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
•Experience with inventory management and control.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets) plus video conferencing tools (Hangouts, Google Meet).
•Ability to communicate in English and work safely under pressure (including refrigerated environment and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs).
