Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed 3D models for roads, highways, roundabouts, earthworks, drainage and utilities.
  • •Create and manage alignments, profiles, surfaces, corridors, templates/assemblies, superelevation, grading and cross-sections.
  • •Model stormwater, sewer, ducts, electrical, telecoms and other services, and maintain BIM models to project BIM standards and ISO 19650 requirements.
  • •Perform multidisciplinary model federation and BIM coordination, including 3D clash detection, and support conflict resolution.
  • •Carry out 3D solid extraction and model health checks/QA-QC, manage references and revisions via CDE platforms, and produce model-based deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in roads, highways, utilities or civil infrastructure modelling.
  • •Strong understanding of civil 3D modelling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and survey information.
  • •Experience producing accurate, coordinated models and drawings to project standards.
