Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of the local people agenda aligned to the People Strategy across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including agency liaison where applicable.
  • •Handle employee/manager queries by triaging requests and escalating complex matters appropriately.
  • •Coordinate performance management, development and engagement activities, including communications, logistics and feedback tracking.
  • •Maintain accurate HR data/records, monitor MI packs/dashboards for workforce planning, and support control checks, vendor administration, and invoicing processes.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate (or equivalent experience) in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in HR operations/generalist support, recruitment coordination, or HR administration; financial services exposure is an advantage.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills; Cantonese and/or Mandarin required to support Macau business needs.
  • •High attention to detail and confidentiality; comfortable with HR systems and HR data/MI (e.g., Excel) and able to escalate issues with good judgement.
