Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee financial processes and daily accounting activities, including project management, accounting process design/documentation, and review/sign-off of control activities.
  • •Ensure strong accounting procedures and controls are in place to deliver accurate, complete, and timely results.
  • •Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, focused on closing the books, timeliness, and effective controls.
  • •Support external and internal audits and partner with finance leadership to increase visibility into results and variances.
  • •Partner with operations and supply chain/distribution network leadership to plan accounting impacts, and drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual workload.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in accounting with increasing scope and complexity, including inventory accounting and supply chain processes, ideally in high-growth e-commerce.
  • •4+ years of experience as a manager and manager of managers, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive engagement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA or equivalent.
  • •Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm in Audit.
  • •Proven ability to transform accounting processes and drive controllership focused on integrity and underlying data.
