Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship Sephora product per established production rates and procedures.
  • •Pick, pack, and prep orders for retail stores and online customers using standard operating procedures.
  • •Follow OSHA and company safety rules, report safety violations, and comply with Loss Prevention policies.
  • •Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
  • •Cross-train across warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, put-away, shipping) based on operational needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
