Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform RTR-centered accounting activities for EMEA/North America daily operations from GFA Pune.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with high accuracy.
  • •Deploy internal control actions to support Sarbanes-Oxley and applicable statutory requirements, safeguarding plant assets.
  • •Lead account reconciliation and balance sheet review processes as part of the plant controller support.
  • •Drive process improvements and standardization across globally defined SSC processes, collaborating with transitions and plant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree such as CA, MBA-Finance, or B.Com (Accounting) with relevant experience.
  • •6–8 years of total experience.
  • •End-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA with strong understanding of OTC and PTP accounting.
  • •Good experience with Oracle and SAP ERP, including RTR focus.
  • •Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and strong analytical and communication skills.
