Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations between SuccessFactors and external applications using middleware
•Partner with HR Tech, HR business stakeholders, and enterprise systems teams to translate requirements into technical integration designs and scalable solutions
•Develop and maintain integration flows, APIs, middleware mappings, file-based interfaces, and error-handling mechanisms across upstream and downstream systems
•Monitor and support day-to-day production integrations, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and drive root-cause analysis for recurring problems
•Create and maintain technical documentation, integration design specifications, support procedures, and knowledge articles for ongoing administration and support

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise application integration, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
•Strong experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party applications using middleware, good to have Workato knowledge
•Good working knowledge of at least one additional SuccessFactors module beyond the primary integration focus; examples may include Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Performance, or similar modules
•Ability to independently assess current system and integration configurations and identify opportunities for improvement, aligned with the source role’s expectation for independent assessment and process improvement
•Experience with reporting, data management, and data validation tools, and a strong understanding of HR data and process dependencies across systems
