•Develop product recipes in accordance with the Product Brief.
•Master the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) cycle to develop safe, fit-for-purpose products.
•Run analytical and organoleptic product tests, validate results, and use them for recipe development and adjustment.
•Plan and execute industrial trials, validate results, and issue reports.
•Create product specifications for new products, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, meet Kraft Heinz manufacturing capabilities, and are entered into the specifications management system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related science degree
•0–2 years’ experience in FMCG
•Fluent in English
•Desire to learn, share knowledge, and adopt best practices
•Knowledge of key product characteristics, analytical methods, and organoleptic attributes
