Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop product recipes in accordance with the Product Brief.
  • •Master the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) cycle to develop safe, fit-for-purpose products.
  • •Run analytical and organoleptic product tests, validate results, and apply them to recipe development and adjustment.
  • •Plan and execute industrial trials, validate results, and issue reports.
  • •Create product specifications for new products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, manufacturing capability fit, and entry into the specifications management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related science degree.
  • •0–2 years’ experience in FMCG.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Knowledge of key product characteristics, analytical methods, and organoleptic attributes.
  • •Experience with hygienic design, thermal validation, cleaning validation, CIP optimization, and HACCP.
